| One of the Project stalwarts, Ian is the only person (excluding
Alan Parsons and
Eric Woolfson, of course)
to have taken part in every Project album. He was also involved in
Freudiana and
Andrew Powell and The Philharmonia Orchestra Play the Best of the Alan Parsons Project.
Ian's most significant contribution in the Project days was in the role of
lead guitar player, although since Alan has gone solo he has also
been writing some of the songs, with the number of contributions rising
with each successive release.
Prior to his involvement with the Project, Ian was a late addition to the group Pilot which consisted of other project contributers Billy Lyall, Stuart Tosh and David Paton. |
