| Eric formed the core of the Project along with
Alan Parsons.
He has writing credit on all Project tracks with the exception of
Total Eclipse
(which was written by
Andrew Powell) although he
apparently played little part in the development of instrumentals - apart
from Where's The Walrus?
As well as his hefty contributions towards song-writing, he
became one of the most distinctive project vocalists. He turned semi-solo with
Freudiana, an album on which
Alan Parsons only received
production credit. Since the break up of the Project he
has produced a two further musicals,
Gaudi - based
on the
Project album of the same name and
Gambler which revisits songs
from a number of Project albums. He is currently working on his
fourth musical, tentatively entitled Poe.
